وَمَا بِكُم مِّن نِّعْمَةٍۢ فَمِنَ ٱللَّهِ ۖ ثُمَّ إِذَا مَسَّكُمُ ٱلضُّرُّ فَإِلَيْهِ تَجْـَٔرُونَ ٥٣
After your problem gets solved by Allah, you either forget Him and move on with your life, or you don’t remember him as much as you did during your hardship. Such is the nature of the human being, and only the Mutaqeen (people conscious, fearful of Allah), are successful in remembering him all the time. Make sure your goal is to have Allah in your mind 24/7, you won’t have a problem lowering your gaze.
ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبُ لَا رَيْبَ ۛ فِيهِ ۛ هُدًۭى لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ ٢
This is the Book! There is no doubt about it1—a guide for those mindful ˹of Allah˺,
[3:76] Yes, whoever has fulfilled of his pledge and has feared (God), then God loves the righteous (fa-inna allaha yuhibbu al-muttaqeena).
[3:115] And whatever good they do, then they will never be denied it, and God is Knower of the righteous (wal-lahu `aleemun bil-muttaqeena
